How long do I keep access to a purchased course?
You keep personal access for at least 2 years from purchase. If we ever retire content, we’ll provide a replacement or a download.
I’m a beginner. Where should I start?
Begin with “Gentle Foundations: Lines & Shapes” or “Mindful Sketching Daily.” They emphasize comfort and clarity over speed.
Do I need expensive tools?
No. A simple HB pencil, an eraser, and basic paper are enough to begin. Watercolor paths list affordable sets with good lightfastness.
Can I watch on mobile or tablet?
Yes. The site adapts to phones and tablets. For Procreate courses, an iPad with Apple Pencil (or equivalent) is recommended.
What if I fall behind?
Our lessons are modular. Pause anytime, then resume with a gentle warm-up. Consistency over intensity is our mantra.
Do you offer refunds?
If a course doesn’t match its description, contact us within 14 days. We’ll review with care and fairness.
Are there certificates?
Yes, completion certificates are included for intermediate and advanced paths. They reflect hours practiced, not pass/fail grades.
How do favorites (Fallows) work?
Click “Favorite” in the catalog to save a course to your Fallows list. It uses your browser’s localStorage and can be cleared anytime.
